The provisions of this title shall not apply to any judicial deliberations or judicial proceedings regarding child welfare cases, provided, that judicial commissions or quasi-judicial bodies involved in setting policy and procedures of the Judiciary shall not be exempt from the provisions of this law.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
