62.01.060

Every official and employee of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa should endeavor to

(a) Put loyalty to the highest moral principles and to the Turtle Mountain Tribe above loyalty to other persons, parties or government entities;

(b) Uphold the Constitution, laws and regulations of the Turtle Mountain Tribe and never be a party to their evasion;

(c) Seek to find and employ more efficient and economical ways of getting tasks accomplished;

(d) Never use any information gained confidentially in the performance of tribal duties as a means of making private profits to the detriment of the Turtle Mountain Tribe;

(e) Expose corruption wherever discovered;
