The Chief of Police shall adopt standards for training appropriate personnel concerning the investigation of missing persons cases. The Chief of Police shall provide technical assistance and training to tribal law enforcement officials to gain access and input authority to utilize the National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) and other national crime information databases consistent with the NCIC requirements for access and use of the system.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
