If any provision of this chapter, or the application thereof, is ruled unconstitutional, or in the event of a court finding of invalidity of any word, phrase, paragraph, or section of this chapter, such invalid word, phrase, paragraph, or section shall be severed from the remaining body of this chapter, and the remainder of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
