7.03.070 Withdrawal Completed

An offer is withdrawn:

(a) By communication of notice of withdrawal by the party making the offer to the other party, and received by him, in the manner prescribed for communication of consent and acceptance, before his acceptance has been communicated to the former;

(b) By the lapse of time prescribed in such offer for its acceptance, or if no time is so prescribed, the lapse of a reasonable time without communication of acceptance; or beginning of performance if the reasonable method of acceptance;

(c) By the failure of the acceptor to fulfill a condition precedent to acceptance; or

(d) By the death or insanity of the offeror before acceptance of the offer.
