Where a contract has several distinct objects, one (1) or more of which are lawful and one (1) or more of which are unlawful in whole or in part, the contract is void as to the unlawful objects and valid as to the rest, if performance of the contract is possible after the exclusion of the unlawful part or parts.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
