Within sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal year, the Managers shall deliver to the TMBCI, (i) an audited balance sheet as of the end of such fiscal year and (ii) an audited statement of income for such fiscal year, both of which shall be prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
