The Company shall open and maintain bank accounts in which only funds of the Company shall be deposited. The funds in such accounts shall be disbursed solely for the business of the Company. Withdrawals from any Company bank account shall be made only upon the signature of such person or persons as the Managers may designate from time to time.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
