An action to determine the existence of the father and child relationship may be brought by or on behalf of a child whose paternity has not been determined and is not barred until three (3) years after the child reaches the age of majority (which is twenty-one (21) years of age).Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
