The mother may recover from the father a reasonable share of the necessary support of the child. In the absence of a previous demand in writing to the father at his last known residence, not more than two (2) years support furnished prior to the bringing of the action may be recovered from the father.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
