The father's obligation to the child is discharged when any of the following occur: (a) Legal adoption of the child into another family; (b) The child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years; (c) The father complying with a judicial decree for support of the terms of a judicially approved settlement.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
