The Tribal Judge shall issue a warrant for the apprehension of the defendant, directed to execute warrants. With consent of the complainant, a summons may be issued instead of a warrant which shall be personally served on the defendant.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
