If the defendant fails to appear at the trial, his security for his appearance shall be forfeited and the trial shall proceed against him as if he were present, and the Court shall, upon findings of the Judge or the jury, make such orders as if the defendant were in Court.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
