In case of death of the defendant after the preliminary hearing, the action may be prosecuted against the personal representatives of the deceased with like effect as if he were living, subject to the measure of support as provided in Section 9.05.050 of this Code, except that no arrest of such personal representatives shall take place or bond be required of him.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
