9.05.190 Finding Against Defendant

If the finding or verdict be against the defendant, the Court shall give judgment against him declaring paternity and for support of the child.

The judgment shall be for annual amounts, equal or varying, having regard to the obligation of the father under Section 9.05.010 of this Code, as the Court directs, until the child reaches eighteen (18) years of age.

The payments may be required to made at such periods or intervals as the Court directs. In addition to providing for support, the judgment may also provide for the payment of the necessary expenses incurred by or for the mother in connection with the birth of the child.
