The Court may require the payments to be made to the mother, or to some person to be designated by the Court as trustee. The payment shall be directed to be made to a trustee if the mother does not reside on the reservation. The trustee shall report annually to the Court, or more often if so directed by the Court.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
