Where security is given and default is made in payment, the Court shall ask the parties giving such security to show cause why judgment should not be given against them. If no good cause is shown to the Court, then the Court shall render judgment against them and it shall be enforceable as other judgments.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
