A person appointed a guardian by the Tribal Court must be: (a) At least twenty-one (21) years of age; (b) Capable by law of making a contract; (c) Qualified to administer the financial and personal affairs of his ward in a satisfactory manner, and (d) Of good moral characterTurtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
