The power of a guardian appointed by a Court is terminated only: (a) By an order of the Tribal Court; (b) By the ward attaining majority if appointment was solely because of minority; or (c) By the marriage of the ward, where the guardianship was solely over the person of the ward; marriage of the ward shall not terminate guardianship over the property.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
