The Company shall dissolve on the happening of any of the following events: a. Written direction of the Tribal Council to dissolve the Company; or b. By decree of judicial dissolution of the TMBCI Tribal Court pursuant to Title 29.1100 et seq.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
