Constitution and ByLaws of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians North Dakota

Section 1.

The governing body shall be the Tribal Council and shall consist of nine (9) members, eight (8) of whom shall be district representatives and one (1) shall be Chairman elected by the tribe as a whole, regardless of the districts.
