Constitution and ByLaws of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians North Dakota

Section 11.

To engage in any business that will further the economic well-being of the members of the tribe, or to undertake any programs or projects designed for the economic advancement of the people. The services of a licensed attorney with training and experience in corporate law shall be secured and initiated to oversee programs or projects designed for the economic advancement of the tribe, on a continuing basis. (Amendment XXVI, Approved August 7, 2001)
