Constitution and ByLaws of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians North Dakota

Section 1.

The Tribal Council may exercise such powers as may in the future be granted to the Council by members of the Turtle Mountain Band or the Secretary of the Interior or by any other duly authorized official or agency of the Federal Government, provided such power is accepted by the Tribe by appropriate amendment of this Constitution.
