Article 11. Interstate Compact on Placement of Children
§ 32A-11-4. "Appropriate authority"; health and social services department [FN1]
As used in Paragraph A of Article 5 of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the phrase, "appropriate authority in the receiving state," with reference to New Mexico shall mean the health and social services department. [FN1]
