Nothing in this section or the Wisconsin UCC9 as adopted in this section shall be construed: (a) As a waiver of the Tribe's sovereign immunity or exclusive jurisdiction, including, but not limited to the immunity of its entities, agents, officers, employees, or elected officials; or (b) To grant jurisdiction to any other governmental agency or entity other than the Tribe.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
