(a) An action may be brought under this section to determine the paternity of a child. (b) If the paternity of any child is not established, then the child shall be presumed to have one-half (1/2) degree of the Indian blood of the mother for the purposes of meeting the criteria for enrollment with the Lac Courte Oreilles Band.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
