At any time during a proceeding under this section, the Court may refuse to order genetic or other paternity tests and may dismiss the proceeding if the determination of paternity sought is not in the best interests of the child. This includes a child conceived as a result of forcible rape or incest or if adoption of the child is pending.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
