Any person who believes that he or she has been the victim of a violation of Section TCT.2.16.010 may report such alleged violation to the office of the tribal prosecutor for a determination of whether the alleged violation shall be prosecuted. All actions under this section shall be brought by the Tribe in the name of the Tribe, and all forfeitures awarded shall be awarded to the Tribe.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
