(a) This code shall apply to all families domiciled on Stockbridge-Munsee Community trust lands when either: (1) The Parent, Guardian or Custodian of the school-aged child is a Stockbridge-Munsee Community Member; or (2) The school-age child is a Stockbridge-Munsee Community Member or eligible for membership.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
