1. On October 11, 2014, the Tribe held an advisory referendum in relation to whether an ordinance authorizing the banishment of tribal members and/or the exclusion of non-members should be adopted. The majority of tribal members voting in the referendum supported an ordinance that provided for exclusion, but not banishment. 2.
