(a) The Tribe shall not be liable for claims of loss, damage or injury resulting from the exclusion or banning of a person. (b) A law enforcement officer may not be held criminally or civilly liable in carrying out the provisions of this ordinance, so long as the officer acts reasonably and in good faith.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
