Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, any nonresident license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked without notice and hearing to the licensee, and without proceeding in conformity with this chapter, upon evidence in the form of a certified copy that the authority which issued the resident license to the North Dakota nonresident licensee has revoked or suspended the resident license.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
