1.22.040 All Non-Indians to Be Licensed
No non-Indian over the age of fifteen (15) years shall fish in waters of the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction unless duly licensed by the Tribal Council in accordance with this Code and the regulation issued pursuant thereto.
A non-Indian over the age of fifteen (15) years who shall violate the provisions of this section may be proceeded against for violation of Chapter 12-41 of the North Dakota Century Code or of Section 1165, Title 18 of the United States Code as the case may warrant.
