Any Indian who is convicted of an offense enumerated in this chapter or regulations issued pursuant thereto, for which the penalty is not otherwise prescribed, shall be sentenced under this section to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or to labor for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or to both such fine and imprisonment, with costs.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
