26.09.040 Aiding/Abetting/Acting in Concert/Accessory Before the Fact

(a) It shall be unlawful to aid, abet, counsel, command, induce or obtain the commission of any offense against the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians and to act in concert with any person committing such an offense.

(b) It shall be unlawful to be an accessory before the fact to the commission of any offense.

(c) Except as otherwise expressly provided, anyone who violates this section shall be punishable in the same manner as a principal.

(d) A person may be charged and convicted, accordingly for which any classification is applicable to this section regardless of whether the principal has been charged or convicted.
