(a) Any person who engages, or solicits with intention to be hired to engage, in sexual activity as a business or is an inmate of a house of prostitution; or (b) Business in this Subsection shall mean any transaction of sexual activity in exchange of funds or to transfer anything of monetary value. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
