Any person; who had the intent to cause another person to engage in a sexual act by use of force and has taken a substantial step to do so, can be convicted of attempted aggravated sexual abuse. [U.S.C. § 2241] Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a Class [4] four offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
