(a) Any person who tricks, lures, coerces, promotes, recruits, transports, harbors, entices a minor causing the minor to engage in sexual acts or sexual conduct. [U.S.C. 1591] (b) Use a minor to trick, lure, coerce, promote, recruit, transport, harbor or entice another minor for the purpose of causing the minor to engage in sexual acts or sexual conduct. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a Class [5] five offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
