It shall be unlawful for any person and a Class [4] four offense to willfully seize and knowingly remove another by force or fraud from his/her place of residence, business, or from the area where he/she is found, and intentionally confine and detain that person against their will.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
