26.13.060 Threat of Bodily Harm

A person commits the crime of threat of bodily harm if the person intentionally places another in reasonable fear of being physically injured; or who shall threaten bodily harm to another person through unlawful force or violence shall be guilty of a Class One (1) offense, and may be required to furnish a satisfactory peace bond for [1] one year.
