Whenever a public hearing is specified under this section, the hearing shall be conducted by the Tribal Zoning Agency in the Turtle Mountain tribal offices. The Tribal Zoning Agency shall give notice of the public hearing by publication in an appropriate newspaper.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
