35.05.010 Taking and Handling of Wildlife Allowed Only as Permitted by Code

(a) No person shall take or attempt to take, possess, molest, harass, transport, buy, sell or offer for sale any wildlife, or parts thereof, in any manner except as permitted by this Code.

(b) For the purpose of this section, "attempt" shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 35.06.070(b).

(c) Except as otherwise provided, violation of this section shall be a Class Three Civil Offense.

(d) The Civil Penalties provided for in this chapter shall be in addition to the Liquidated Damages penalty.
