(a) Any person who hunts or intends to hunt small game shall first purchase a Small Game Hunting Permit for each species, if available for that year and shall comply with this Code. A minor with a valid permit may hunt small game if accompanied by an adult holding a valid permit for that activity. (b) Violation of this section shall be a Class Three Civil Offense. In addition, the violator shall be liable for Liquidated DamagesTurtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
