35.05.120 Duty to Report Shooting Accident Resulting in Injury or Death; Duty to Give Assistance

(a) Any person who, while taking wildlife, is involved in a shooting accident resulting in injury to any person shall render all possible assistance to the injured person, and shall immediately report the accident to the nearest law enforcement officer after rendering such assistance.

(b) Such person shall within ten days of the accident file a written report with the Department of such accident.

(c) Violation of this section shall be a Class Four Civil Offense.
