(a) No person shall permit a child or ward under the age of eighteen years to drive a motor vehicle on the public highways unless such minor is licensed to drive. (b) Any person convicted of violating this section shall be penalized to a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50).Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
