No driver of a motor vehicle when traveling upon a downgrade shall coast with the gears of the vehicle in neutral or with the clutch manually disengaged. Any driver who is coasting in violation of this section will be penalized twenty dollars ($20).Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
