It shall be unlawful to operate any flashing warning signal light on any school bus except when said school bus is stopped on a highway for the purpose of permitting school children to board or alight from said school bus. Any driver who violates this section will be penalized twenty-five dollars ($25).Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
