Any person convicted of an offense enumerated in this chapter for which the penalty is not otherwise prescribed shall be sentenced under this section to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) and the Court shall take into consideration any circumstances urged for the imposition of a lesser amount.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
