(a) From the file of identified cultural sites/places the Tribal Historic Preservation Office shall establish a Registry for any Tribal member to view. (b) Any information in the Registry related to the location of any burial site, the disclosure of which would be likely to result in a disturbance of the burial site, shall not be subject to disclosure under this section.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
