Exclusive and continuing jurisdiction. The Tribal Court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings arising under this section. The Court may make other necessary or appropriate decisions relating to the placement and care of children, and shall review at least annually the case of every child over whom it has retained jurisdiction, until the child is adopted or attains majority.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
